I agree to this because the 1995-2000 models just don’t show what a REAL Monte Carlo is. Every time I see one I say, oh there is a Monte but don’t get too excited about it. When I see one of the first original montes like mine, that’s when I get excited.

I was thrilled by the Pontiac announcement that the GTO is returning. While I hoped that the new GTO image would include old options for a stripped down performer (i.e. radio delete), I am eager to hear a similar announcement from Chevrolet

Of all the cars i have owned, the monte carlos have been buy far the best as far as this. You get a good running car, with good performance and comfort for a not so expensive price. That is what i believe monte carlo is all about.

The Monte Carlo needs something to set it apart from the buick drivetrain equipped 95-03 models. Bring it back as it should be: with Rear Wheel Drive and the specific parts that set it aside from the other models in the GM lineup.
